Our Story
Channel Marker builders LLC was established in August 2016 by Greg Downing and Jason Smith. With prior experience in building, they both decided to begin their own company wherein they could come up with new and exceptional home designs that boast the perfect blend of Southern charm and Coastal living architectural styles. With emphasis on quality and years of experience under their belt, Channel Marker has a proven keen eye for detail and a commitment to the use of only the best materials available. This ensures that our homes are not only beautiful but also durable and long-lasting.
